The latest Presidents Away Break took place in mid May 2019 with a large group of Amwell Rotarians and Partners travelling to Winchester for a two night stay
Once again Alan and his committee did a magnificent job in arranging a trip which included a guided tour of the town and the magnificent cathedral as well as a visit to Chawton and the Jane Austen's House Museum and Gardens.

Amwell Rotary Club has a very active bowls section with members playing both indoor and outdoor roll-ups and matches.
We play in the East Herts League during the summer with games played on the Allenburys green in Ware.
In winter we play indoors at The Cheshunt Club.
